Products

Our products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. We take care to describe products accurately; images are for illustration.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.

Your order

After you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. A binding contract is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or priced in error) and will refund any payment taken.

Cancellation, returns & faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights, and what to do if an item is faulty, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subscriptions

Where you choose a Subscribe & Save plan, you authorise recurring payments at the stated frequency until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us before your next renewal.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the products you purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
